Job summary

Diageo plc is seeking a Process Safety Executive for the Alasehir site in Turkey. You will lead hazard analyses, manage risk assessments and drive safe operating practices across Production, Maintenance and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Good command of English.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation (P&IDs).

Responsibilities

• Lead HAZOP, LOPA and other risk assessment studies with clear actions.
• Support MOC, PSSR and ensure process safety requirements in projects.
• Contribute to audit readiness and closure of findings.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance and Engineering to strengthen process safety culture.
