Job summary

TR10763-ALTURKEY AIR LIQUIDE GAZ SAN. VE TIC A.S. seeks a Production Engineer to lead safety culture, production planning, and maintenance coordination at its Turkish plant. You will supervise technicians, drive HSE compliance, and manage processes under GMP, FSSC 22000, and ISO standards.

You will coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and SIO/EMS teams, with a focus on risk management, alarm reduction, and energy efficiency, while ensuring contractor safety and facility security.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in industrial gases.
• Fluent Turkish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of HSE methodologies and tools (JHA, SWP, LOTO, RCA).
• Familiarity with Just Culture and safety leadership principles.
• Leadership with visible commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Issue safe work permits and supervise team compliance to ensure safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001 and Seveso.
• Manage production planning, scheduling, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and safety-focused tasks.
• Monitor alarms, EMS, and energy efficiency programs (ISO 50001).
• Oversee subcontractors, logistics safety, and site security/waste management.
