Job summary

Air Liquide Türkiye in Erzincan is seeking a Production Engineer to safeguard safe, reliable plant operations while meeting customer requirements. You will lead technicians and manage production planning to optimize performance.

You will coordinate maintenance, ensure compliance with GMP, FSSC 22000, Seveso, and ISO standards, and drive energy efficiency initiatives. Turkish and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in industrial gases or related industries.
• Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of HSE methodologies and tools: JHA, SWP, LOTO, RCA.
• Demonstrated leadership and a proactive safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee production to meet schedules and optimize plant modes.
• Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance for daily/weekly work plans and asset integrity.
• Drive SIO and ISO 50001 energy initiatives and data reporting.
• Manage procurement, budget control, and subcontractor supervision.
