Job summary

Beko in Ankara seeks an Engineer - Production to join the Mechanical & Paintshop Team at the Dishwasher Plant. You will support daily production plans, validate new product references on press lines, and identify bottlenecks for program changes.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, with ISO 9001/50001 knowledge, 6 Sigma experience, and fluency in English. You will lead energy projects, improve quality and efficiency, and collaborate across maintenance and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master’s/Doctorate is a plus.
• Knowledge of Production Technologies and quality improvement.
• Experience in project management and energy projects.
• Familiar with ISO 9001/50001 standards and 6 Sigma tools.
• Ability to read pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical schemes.
• Proficient in Siemens NX and MS Office.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supporting production per the daily production plan.
• Validating new product references on press lines.
• Identifying bottlenecks and requesting program changes.
• Studying quality and cost reduction projects.
• Participating in energy-saving initiatives.
• Reducing overtime periods and supporting safety studies.
• Leading or participating in maintenance activities.
