Job summary

Beko in Ankara seeks an Engineer - Production to join the Mechanical & Paintshop Team at the Dishwasher Plant. You will support daily production plans, validate new product references on press lines, and identify bottlenecks for program changes.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, with ISO 9001/50001 knowledge, 6 Sigma experience, and fluency in English. You will lead energy projects, improve quality and efficiency, and collaborate across maintenance and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master’s/Doctorate is a plus.
• Knowledge of Production Technologies and quality improvement.
• Experience in project management and energy projects.
• Familiar with ISO 9001/50001 standards and 6 Sigma tools.
• Ability to read pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical schemes.
• Proficient in Siemens NX and MS Office.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork mindset.

We are looking for an Engineer - Production who will join Mechanical & Paintshop Team at Dishwasher Plant.

• Supporting production in accordance with the daily production plan,
• Validating new product references on the press lines,
• Identifying bottleneck zones and requesting program changes,
• Studying quality and cost reduction projects,
• Taking part in Energy-saving projects,
• Reducing the overtime period,
• Supporting work safety studies.

The position is located in Ankara.

How do we describe the perfect fit?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related departments,
• Master’s/Doctorate degree is a plus,
• Knowledge and experience of Production Technologies,
• Having experience in project management,
• Having experience in quality&efficiency improvement project and techniques,
• Knowledge of sheet metal production techniques which are cut length, deep drawing, cutting, forming, bending etc. process
• Knowledge of sheet metal die design and revision
• Knowledge of hydraulic&transfer press and its feeding systems,
• Knowledge of reading pneumatic, hydraulic & electrical schemes,
• Having experience in managing and implementing energy projects,
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 50001 Standards,
• Defining and solving production and quality problems in short and long term using 6 sigma and other tools,
• Leading and/or participating maintenance activities and projects,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Strong knowledge of Siemens NX program
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
