BSH Ev Aletleri Türkiye offers an on-site internship in Çerkezköy for engineering students. You will work with manufacturing teams to analyze and optimize production processes, supporting line balancing and efficiency projects. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering).

Responsibilities

• Determining production process flows including headcount, layout and material flow requirements.
• Supporting/Leading productivity improvement projects such as line balancing, work content reduction and automation.
• Following and reporting direct headcount requirements for responsible area.
• Participating daily operational meetings and projects to increase efficiency.

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree education from Engineering departments (Preferably Industrial Engineering)
• Able to work on-site (Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ) at least 3 days per week (additional availability is a plus)
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Having very good communication skills; open and analytical minded; result oriented; high motivation and curiosity
• Aim to have career in manufacturing related areas
