Job summary

Beko Corporate in Ankara is seeking an Engineer - Production to join the Mechanical & Paintshop Team at our Dishwasher Plant. You will support daily production plans and validate new product references on press lines.

We value project management, quality and energy efficiency initiatives, and strong teamwork. Fluent English is required; MS Office and Siemens NX skills are advantageous as we drive continuous improvement and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Master’s/Doctorate degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of Production Technologies.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in quality & efficiency improvement projects and techniques.
• Knowledge of sheet metal production techniques (cut length, deep drawing, cutting, forming, bending).
• Knowledge of sheet metal die design and revision.
• Knowledge of hydraulic & transfer press feeding systems.
• Reading pneumatic, hydraulic & electrical schemes.
• Experience in energy projects management.
• ISO 9001 & 50001 knowledge.
• Six Sigma and related problem-solving tools.
• Maintenance activities leadership/participation.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Siemens NX program proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Market trend awareness and openness to innovation.
• Open to new perspectives and collaborative mindset.
• Empathy and effective communication as priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting production in accordance with the daily production plan.
• Validating new product references on the press lines.
• Identifying bottleneck zones and requesting program changes.
• Studying quality and cost reduction projects.
• Taking part in energy-saving projects.
• Reducing the overtime period.
• Supporting work safety studies.
