Job summary

Döhler Turkey is seeking a Production Engineer to join the İzmir Plant. You will ensure production starts and completes on time, manage workflow in the production department, and align with the planning and quality teams to meet targets.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor in a related field, has at least 3 years in food production, and is proficient in Lean, TPM/TPS, SAP, and ERP. Strong English and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related discipline.
• Min 3 years in food production.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and TPM/TPS.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and ERP.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures production starts and finishes on time.
• Controls and provides workflow in production department.
• Actualizes the production plan as determined by planning.
• Manages processes to improve production quality per quality plans.
• Delivers products and services with focus on quality and cost.
• Collaborates with other departments on productivity and investments.
