Job summary

Beko is seeking an Engineer - Production to join the Mechanical & Paintshop Team at the Dishwasher Plant in Ankara. You will validate new references on press lines, identify bottlenecks, drive quality and cost reduction projects, and contribute to energy-saving initiatives while supporting safety studies.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience of Production Technologies.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in quality and efficiency improvement projects and techniques.
• Knowledge of sheet metal production techniques (cut length, deep drawing, cutting, forming, bending).
• Knowledge of sheet metal die design and revision.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and transfer press systems and feeding.
• Ability to read pneumatic, hydraulic & electrical schemes.
• Experience in energy projects management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and 50001.
• Ability to define and solve production/quality problems using 6 Sigma and tools.
• Leading/participating maintenance activities and projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens NX program.
• Excellent English communication skills.
