Job summary

Döhler Turkey is seeking a Production Engineer to join the İzmir Plant. You will ensure production starts and completes on time, manage workflow in the production department, and align with the planning and quality teams to meet targets.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor in a related field, has at least 3 years in food production, and is proficient in Lean, TPM/TPS, SAP, and ERP. Strong English and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years in food production.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and TPM/TPS.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and ERP.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Döhler Turkey is looking for an "Production Engineer" to be employed in our İzmir Plant with the following qualifications;

Your Role

• Providing that productions start and complete on time,
• Controlling and providing work flow process in production department in accordance with the conditions,
• Actualizing the production plan truly and on time that determines by the planning department,
• Managing the processes that will improve the production quality in line with the quality plans,
• Providing product and services that the company’s need aware of quality, cost, services to the existing operations sources managing efficiently,
• Taking charge in project in cooperation with other department in the matter of productivity on production and quality, work flow, new invesments, processing techniques and etc.
• Doing technical research that related task areas, calculating, examination and reporting to the manager,
• To supervise work place, controlling the applications that required for food and work safety; ensuring to take required measures,
• Working accordance with the environment, employee health and work safety rules and the instructions given.

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline or equivalent experience,
• Experienced in food production (min 3. years),
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM-TPS methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and ERP are preffered,
• Good team player, strong communication skills,
• The ability to work under pressure and stress,
• Willing to take initiative and responsibility,
