Job summary

Henkel Turkey is seeking a Production Engineer to support efficient manufacturing operations in Ankara. You will contribute to process optimization, quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the production line.

Responsibilities include driving Lean initiatives, analyzing root causes, and ensuring ISO 9001 compliance while maintaining a safe and productive shop floor. A relevant engineering degree and 2–4 years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 2–4 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma or TPM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production activities follow defined process standards and schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve cost, output, yield, uptime and quality.
• Identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and support autonomous maintenance to ensure machine reliability.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and safety standards are followed across production.
• Monitor performance, report KPIs, and present improvement opportunities.
• Identify training needs of operators and support development.
• Improve production methods to enhance product and packaging quality.
• Maintain clean, safe and efficient shopfloor environments.
