Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Production/Process Engineer to support manufacturing performance, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with production teams to identify improvement opportunities and ensure operations meet quality, safety, and standards.

Responsibilities include supporting maintenance, driving cost and efficiency gains, and reporting KPIs while promoting a safe, productive shop floor. English proficiency and SAP experience are valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2–4 years of production or manufacturing experience.
Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma and/or TPM knowledge preferred.
Good command of English.
MS Office skills.
SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure production aligns with defined process standards and the planned production schedule.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance cost, output, yield, uptime and quality.
Identify root cause issues and implement corrective actions.
Plan and support autonomous maintenance to ensure machine reliability.
Ensure ISO 9001, safety and company standards compliance.
Monitor production performance, prepare KPIs, report findings to management.
Identify training needs of operators and support their development.
Improve production methods to enhance product and packaging quality.
Maintain safe, clean shopfloor in line with company standards.
