Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, automotive preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset, team-oriented.
• Residing in Osmaneli or Bilecik.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Monitors process outputs, identifies improvement areas, and initiates corrective or improvement actions.
• Manages process changes and ensures all related actions are completed.
