Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Manufacturing or Forest Industry Engineering).
• 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of production systems, safety practices, and lean methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities on the shop floor.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure production targets are met.
• Identify improvement areas and implement lean manufacturing techniques.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and planning departments to ensure workflow continuity.
• Prepare production reports and analyze KPIs.
• Contribute to cost-saving and process optimization projects.
• Support training and onboarding of new operators and technicians.
