Job summary

MY Executive is seeking a Factory Director based in Çorlu to lead production, maintenance, investment and OHS strategies. You will report directly to the General Manager and drive capacity expansion, technology renewal and digitalization across plants.

Responsibilities include ensuring targets on quality, cost and delivery, coordinating with supply chain, sales and logistics, and advancing continuous improvement with Lean/MES/SCADA knowledge. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in production, maintenance and investment management.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, ERP and MRP systems; experience with MES/SCADA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop operations strategies, investment plans and maintenance policies.
• Plan capacity expansion, technology renewal and digitalization investments.
• Manage projects to improve production efficiency, energy savings and quality.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/CE/TSE and related regulations.
