Job summary

E-Kart Elektronik Kart Sistemleri in Gebze, Turkey, is seeking an Engineering Production Coordinator to oversee the responsible department in coordination with Production Planning, Maintenance & Repair, and Sales & Marketing.

You will monitor production processes, measure efficiency, inspect machines and equipment, and assess quality of all production elements. Strong English, problem solving skills, and a collaborative leadership style are required to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree of Engineering from a university.
At least two years of professional experience in international companies.
Experience in production, machine, process and human management.
Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

To ensure the efficient management of activities related to the responsible department in coordination with Production Planning, Maintenance & Repair, and Sales & Marketing departments.
To monitor production processes.
To measure efficiency.
To inspect machines and equipment.
To measure and evaluate the quality of all elements used in production, including both equipment and raw materials.
To develop efficiency methods to prevent material waste, excessive overtime, and delayed products.
To determine the right strategies for production.
To take an active role not only in process controls but also in material and machine inspections.
To check whether the quantity of produced goods can meet customer demands.
To identify failure rates through statistical reports and develop solutions accordingly.
