Job Description

• Lead all manufacturing operations and production activities across the organization.
• Drive productivity, cost, delivery, and safety performance.
• Establish and implement operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop scalable production systems to support future growth and increasing project complexity.
• Lead, coach, and develop production management teams to create a high-performance environment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, planning, quality, and other key functions.
• Oversee capacity planning, resource utilization, and manufacturing investments.
• Identify and implement new manufacturing technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and in line with business objectives.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO, contributing to the organization's transformation agenda.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Director should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing and production management within complex industrial environments.
• Background in heavy industry, machinery, defense, automotive, or similar sectors is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale manufacturing teams and operations.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on leadership approach.
• Experience driving organizational transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to build structure, improve processes, and develop teams in a fast‑evolving environment.
• Open to innovation and capable of embedding new technologies and manufacturing practices into the organization.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
• Willingness to be based in Sakarya.
