Job summary

TEMSA, a leading bus and midibus manufacturer, is seeking a results-oriented Product Manager to shape regional strategy, drive market analyses, and coordinate across R&D, Engineering, Production, and Sales. You will translate customer insights into concrete requirements and help define configurations and pricing.

Lead new-model launches, collaborate with Marketing on brochures, and continue TEMSA’s tradition of innovative mobility solutions. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, product planning, market analysis, business development, sales planning, or related roles.
• Advanced command of English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regional market analyses to understand customer needs, industry trends, operational requirements, and competitive dynamics.
• Benchmark competitor vehicles to define product positioning, differentiation opportunities, and portfolio strategy.
• Provide data-driven insights to support long-term product roadmap development.
• Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Production, Sales, Aftersales, Quality, and Procurement across the product lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain product requirement documents, feature lists, technical specifications, and configuration definitions.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new product launches.
• Gather Voice of Customer (VoC) insights and translate them into actionable product improvements.
