Job summary

Hyundai Motor Türkiye invites you to join our international team to shape the future of mobility. You will lead product planning for assigned products, collaborate with Hyundai Motor Europe and Hyundai Motor Central, and support marketing and training efforts across dealer networks.

You should have a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business Admin and 3–4 years of automotive experience with strong English, MS Office, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 3–4 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute product plans for assigned products.
• Lead product planning for new launches, incl. pricing, trim strategy, price proposals, and positioning charts.
• Collaborate with HME and HMC on product-related matters.
• Support marketing comms and PR with materials, brochures, launch events, and content.
• Monitor ODMD reports, market trends, competitors’ pricing, and campaigns; provide monthly analyses to management.
• Identify market requirements for current and future products.
• Propose product development opportunities and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Deliver product training for dealer sales teams.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to gather field insights.
• Report directly to the Product Department Lead.

This position is at the team member level and does not involve team management.

We want you to:

• Prepare and execute product plans for assigned products
• Lead product planning activities for new launches, including pricing strategy, trim strategy, price proposals, and positioning charts
• Collaborate with HME and HMC on all product-related matters
• Support the marketing communication and PR teams with advertising materials, brochures, launch events, and all product‑related content
• Monitor and analyze ODMD reports, market trends, competitor pricing and campaign activities, and provide monthly analyses and reports to management
• Identify market requirements for current and future products
• Propose product development opportunities and cost‑reduction initiatives
• Support the training department by delivering product training for dealer sales teams
• Conduct regular dealer visits to closely follow market trends and gather field insights
• Report directly to the Product Department Lead

You will also need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in relevant fields
• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with light commercial vehicles, is an asset
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
• Effective team player with strong collaboration skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently when needed
