Job summary

Experian is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager – Business Consulting to translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions. You will frame problems, shape analytics approaches, translate insights into business recommendations and support strategic client engagements.

This individual contributor role reports to the Head of Analytics & Consulting, Turkey & Middle East. You will lead end-to-end engagements and collaborate with sales, product and analytics teams to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
Experience in analytics consulting, business consulting, financial services or data-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving and business problem-framing skills.
Experience working with clients or senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven decision making, with ability to work with technical teams.
Experience in lending, credit, risk, banking or financial services preferred.
Practical experience using AI tools to enhance analysis or client engagement is a plus.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R or SAS is a plus.
Proficiency in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analytics engagements from discovery to delivery.
Clarify business challenges, define objectives and structure analytical approaches.
Translate business needs into analytics opportunities and practical solutions with technical teams.
Develop clear, commercially relevant recommendations and executive narratives.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align priorities.
Support analytics projects during discovery, design and executive communication.
Partner with Sales, Presales, Product and Analytics to shape opportunities and proposals.
Contribute domain expertise across banking, financial services, risk, decisioning or customer analytics.
Strengthen Experian’s consulting approaches and reusable client narratives.
Act as trusted advisor integrating analytics with business understanding.
Collaborate with local and regional analytics, consulting, product, technology and commercial teams.
Develop proposals, client presentations and solution designs for new opportunities.
Contribute to improvement of analytics methodologies and client solutions.
Stay informed about analytics, AI, financial services, risk management and industry trends.
