Job summary

Rigicon® Innovative Urological Solutions in Turkey is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager for our Yesilkoy manufacturing facility. You will lead strategic and operational procurement, building strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers to ensure on-time, on-spec materials.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in procurement (pharma/medical devices preferred), a Bachelor's in Engineering, and hands-on leadership with ERP experience (SAP, Logo, Netsis).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years in procurement with leadership experience.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
• Knowledge of import/export processes and ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and operational procurement, building relationships with suppliers.
• Prepare purchasing contracts and lead negotiations.
• Coordinate production, quality, logistics, customs, and suppliers.
• Ensure orders land on time with alternative supply sources and risk plans.
• Coordinate customs, import and logistics; plan for critical items.
• Keep procurement records organized and run supplier performance reviews.

We're looking for a Procurement Manager to join our manufacturing facility in Yesilkoy.

What you'll do

• Manage our strategic and operational procurement, building and maintaining relationships with domestic and international suppliers
• Prepare purchasing contracts and lead negotiations, selecting suppliers on quality, cost, lead time, and sustainability
• Keep production, quality, logistics, customs, and our suppliers coordinated and moving in the same direction
• Make sure orders land on time and in full, with alternative supply sources and risk plans ready for when they don't
• Coordinate customs, import, and logistics, and plan ahead on critical items based on stock levels
• Keep procurement records organized and run regular supplier performance reviews

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 8+ years in procurement, ideally in pharmaceuticals or medical devices, with experience managing a team
• Solid grasp of import/export processes and ERP systems (SAP, Logo, Netsis, or similar)
• Comfortable with MS Office and AI tools as part of daily work
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management, with a level head under pressure
• Analytical, hands-on, and results-oriented
• Good written and spoken English
