Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure delivery, quality and service standards.
• Monitor purchasing budget and analyze variances; prepare reports.
• Coordinate with internal customers and departments.
• Review, validate and approve supplier invoices.
• Manage new supplier registration and required documentation.
• Manage material purchasing from PR to delivery.
• Review PRs for budget, price, lead time and technical requirements.
• Create purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Support raw material import processes and related activities.

Description

• Evaluating supplier performance and ensuring high standards of delivery, quality and service in line with company procedures
• Monitoring the purchasing budget and actual spending, analyzing variances and preparing regular purchasing performance reports
• Maintaining continuous coordination and communication with internal customers and relevant departments
• Reviewing, validating and approving supplier invoices
• Managing new supplier registration and ensuring the required documentation is completed
• Managing material purchasing processes from purchase request through to delivery
• Reviewing purchase requests in terms of budget, price, lead time and technical requirements
• Creating purchase orders, following up on orders and deliveries, and ensuring timely delivery of materials
• Supporting raw material import processes and coordinating related activities when required

Profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or a similar role
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
