Job summary

IOM - International Organization for Migration seeks a procurement and logistics specialist in Gaziantep (Türkiye) to manage requisitions, bids, and supplier relations. The role supports the National Supply Chain Officer and ensures timely delivery and compliant procurement processes.

The incumbent will prepare tender documents, coordinate evaluations, and maintain records while providing briefing and guidance to staff on procurement procedures. Prior international experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of procurement/supply chain experience, or a high school diploma with 5 years.
• Experience with procurement rules in international organisations is an advantage.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and consolidate procurement requisition forms and verify information.
• Assist supervisors in higher-value purchases.
• Prepare tender documents and solicit bids and quotations; share bid analysis.
• Monitor status of open requisitions and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
• Review vendor invoices and coordinate timely payments to suppliers.
