Job summary

Greif is seeking an Operational Support Specialist to coordinate indirect procurement, issue waybills, and track inbound/outbound material movements. You will support warehouse flow, monitor inventory, and assist in procurement reporting.

A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a similar role are expected, with strong Turkish and English communications and MS Office proficiency. We value proactive problem solvers who work well in a team and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish.
Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Minimum 2 years in operational support or similar roles.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable mindset.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong team player with organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

Support indirect procurement processes through coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers, including creating business partner records and purchase orders in the system
Prepare and issue waybills for shipments in line with operational requirements
Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of inbound and outbound material movements in the system
Manage warehouse material flow and support smooth operational execution
Monitor inventory levels and proactively ensure timely replenishment
Support reporting activities related to procurement, inventory, and shipment data
