Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or higher.
• Experience with procurement, logistics, and vendor management.
• Experience with IOM/UN Procurement and Logistics Rules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify procurement requisitions, assist with high-value purchases, and prepare tender documents.
• Solicit bids, analyze proposals, and confirm supplier agreements, preparing purchase orders and contracts.
• Process vendor invoices, prepare payment requests, and coordinate timely payments.
• Maintain procurement records, conduct market surveys, and track contract renewals.
• Provide procurement guidance, asset management, fleet coordination, and training for junior staff.
