Job summary

Rönesans Holding seeks an experienced procurement professional to join our team in Marmara region. You will lead procurement for rotating and static equipment across EPC and industrial plant projects, leveraging global supplier networks.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in procurement or site/engineering roles, strong negotiation skills, and experience with SAP or Ariba. English proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Mechanical Engineering with relevant EPC/industrial project exposure.
• 8–10 years in procurement, site or engineering roles within EPC, energy, petrochemical or industrial plants.
• Experience in rotating/static equipment procurement and with international suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for rotating and static equipment in EPC/industrial projects.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with international suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering and site teams to ensure timely delivery.

What We Expect from You?

• Graduated from the Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
• Having at least 8–10 years of experience in procurement, site, or engineering roles within EPC, Energy, Petrochemical, or Industrial Plant projects,
• Experienced in the procurement processes of rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, turbines) and static equipment (e.g., pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers),Experienced in working with international suppliers,
• Knowledgeable in contract negotiations,
• Proficient in MS Office applications; experienced in procurement ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, etc.,
• Advanced level of English in reading, writing, and speaking,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, and a team player,
• No restrictions for travel.
