Job summary

Rönesans Holding seeks an experienced ERP leader to manage SAP applications supporting manufacturing and supply chain. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to optimize ERP use, lead SAP enhancements, and ensure efficient business processes.

The role requires deep experience with manufacturing ERP and at least one SAP implementation, with strong leadership and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of ERP experience, with significant manufacturing exposure.
• Proven track record managing ERP systems within manufacturing companies.
• Experience in at least one SAP implementation project, preferably full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP applications supporting manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Procurement, and Warehouse teams for ERP optimization.
• Manage SAP enhancements and development requests aligned with business needs.
• Ensure business processes operate efficiently within the ERP environment.
• Lead and coordinate testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage coordination with system integrators and external SAP providers.
• Provide direction to the ERP Operations Specialist team.
• Oversee post-go-live support and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor system performance and identify process improvements.

What You’ll Do?

• Manage SAP applications supporting manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Coordinate closely with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure effective and sustainable use of ERP solutions.
• Manage SAP enhancement and development requests, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational priorities.
• Ensure that business processes operate effectively and efficiently within the ERP environment.
• Lead and coordinate testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Manage coordination with system integrators and external SAP service providers.
• Provide direction and support to the ERP Operations Specialist team.
• Oversee the post-go-live application support organization and ensure effective resolution of operational issues.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

What We Expect from You?

• Minimum 10 years of ERP experience, with significant experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience managing ERP systems within manufacturing companies.
• Experience in at least one SAP implementation project, preferably with full lifecycle involvement.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Ability to understand business processes and operational requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
