Job summary

Rönesans Holding in Adana seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and purchasing for the Ceyhan PDH-PP Plant. You will work with technical stakeholders and suppliers to secure materials at quality, cost and schedule targets.

The role requires strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier development, with SAP-based processes; English fluency is required and experience in chemicals or industrial procurement is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories and scopes.
• Review requisitions in SAP and create purchase orders accordingly.
• Identify and assess suppliers domestically and internationally; develop sourcing options.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes and coordinate bid evaluations.
• Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery, warranties and other terms.
• Monitor orders to ensure quality, cost and schedule targets are met.

As the project progresses towards commissioning, start-up and operations, we are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team and manage sourcing and purchasing activities for the Ceyhan PDH-PP Plant.

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing assigned procurement processes end to end, working closely with technical stakeholders and suppliers to secure materials and services at the required quality, cost and schedule.

The role requires strong sourcing, commercial evaluation and negotiation capabilities, together with effective supplier development and performance management.

What You’ll Do?

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories and scopes.
• Review purchase requisitions in SAP and create purchase orders in line with approved requirements and authorization levels.
• Work closely with technical functions to clarify procurement scope and technical/commercial requirements.
• Identify and assess suppliers in domestic and international markets and develop alternative sourcing options.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes and coordinate the technical and commercial evaluation of bids.
• Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery conditions, warranties and other commercial terms with suppliers.
• Follow orders through delivery and ensure materials and services are supplied in line with quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Coordinate logistics and import-related activities for overseas purchases with the relevant internal functions.
• Monitor supplier performance and relevant procurement KPIs.
• Contribute to cost-reduction, savings and alternative-source development initiatives.
• Conduct procurement activities in compliance with company procedures, delegation of authority and ethical standards.

What We Expect from You?

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement.
• Preferably experienced in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience in procurement of chemicals, spare parts, consumables and services.
• Hands-on experience with SAP procurement processes; knowledge of SAP MM and/or ARIBA is preferred.
• Knowledge of domestic and international procurement, import processes and Incoterms.
• Experience in RFQ/RFP, bid analysis, commercial evaluation and supplier negotiations.
• Strong capability in supplier research, development and performance management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
