Rönesans Holding in Adana/Ceyhan seeks a Mechanical Lead Engineer to oversee rotating and static equipment on our industrial plant project. You will coordinate field engineering activities, ensure compliance with specs, and support multidisciplinary teams to keep the schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of large‑scale plant experience, and strong problem‑solving, communication, and English skills. On‑site work with a focus on HSE and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical field engineering within large-scale industrial plant or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning of rotating and static equipment and mechanical systems.
• Ability to review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field engineering activities related to rotating equipment, static equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure installation complies with technical specifications, project requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor on-site activities to maintain schedules and technical compliance.
• Analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions on site.
• Manage TQs and RFIs through to close-out; oversee documentation and drawing revisions.
• Collaborate with construction, engineering, quality control, and commissioning teams.

We are seeking a Mechanical Lead Engineer to join our industrial plant project currently under construction in Adana/Ceyhan.

What You’ll Do?

• Lead and coordinate field engineering activities related to rotating equipment, static equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure that the installation of mechanical equipment and systems is executed in compliance with technical specifications, project requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor on-site mechanical installation activities to ensure technical compliance and adherence to project schedules.
• Analyze technical issues encountered on site, develop effective solutions, and oversee their successful implementation.
• Manage the preparation, coordination, follow-up, and close-out of Technical Queries (TQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Ensure the accurate and timely implementation of engineering documentation, technical specifications, work procedures, and drawing revisions in the field.
• Collaborate closely with construction, engineering, quality control, and commissioning teams to support effective multidisciplinary coordination.
• Provide technical oversight, guidance, and support for subcontractors performing mechanical works.
• Identify potential delays and technical risks affecting mechanical activities and proactively implement mitigation measures to maintain project progress.
• Promote and maintain a strong culture of compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality standards across all project activities.

What We Expect from You?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical field engineering within large-scale industrial plant, energy, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of the installation, testing, and commissioning of rotating equipment, static equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Solid technical expertise with the ability to review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and mechanical engineering documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in technical problem-solving, root cause analysis, and field coordination.
• Proven experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
