We are seeking a Field Engineering Manager to join our industrial plant project currently under construction in Adana/Ceyhan.
What You’ll Do?
- Ensure that all field engineering activities are managed in line with project objectives, schedule requirements, and quality standards.
- Lead technical coordination among construction, mechanical, electrical, piping, and other project disciplines.
- Effectively manage technical communication and information flow between the design office and site execution teams.
- Ensure the accurate and timely distribution of engineering documentation, technical specifications, methodologies, and drawing revisions to site teams.
- Coordinate the analysis of technical issues encountered on site, develop solution alternatives, and oversee their implementation.
- Lead the preparation, follow-up, and closure of Technical Queries (TQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Assess the impact of engineering changes on site activities and ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Coordinate technical activities with subcontractors, client representatives, and other project stakeholders.
- Manage the performance, workload prioritization, and resource planning of the field engineering team.
- Identify potential technical risks affecting project progress and ensure that appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.
- Promote and maintain a culture of compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality standards across all field engineering activities.
What We Expect from You?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale industrial plant, energy, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, or EPC projects.
- Proven experience in field engineering management and multidisciplinary technical coordination.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and project documentation.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented approach to resolving technical challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with project management tools is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic site environment, demanding work schedules, and assignments at different project locations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
