Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Project Engineer to develop future and customer-oriented Process Automation and Cyber Security projects in our global team. You will support customers and suppliers as part of the project team, prepare automation solutions, clarify technical details, and service and commission automation applications with minimal supervision.

The role requires deep PCS7/WinCC knowledge, about 3 years of project experience, teamwork, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in Automation, Electrical or Electronics, Control Engineering or related field.
Approx. 3 years of professional and project experience.
Deep knowledge of PCS7 and WinCC.
Knowledge of network basics and virtualization environments.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Support End customers and suppliers as part of the Project Team.
Prepare automation solutions based on customer requirements and standards.
Clarify technical details with project partners.
Service, maintain, commission, install, start-up, and provide technical support for process automation applications.
Work with minimal supervision and deliver high service levels.
Possess commercial awareness to identify new opportunities for sales and retrofits.
Ensure quality of service meets customer expectations.
