Job summary

ManpowerGroup Türkiye seeks an Automation Engineer to join the Software Department in the Industrial Automation sector. The role focuses on PLC design, development, programming and commissioning using Siemens S7 and TIA Portal, with strong HMI and networking responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years experience in PLC design, development, programming and commissioning in Siemens S7 TIA Portal.
• Distributed Safety TIA Portal F-programming.
• WINCC advanced TIA Portal.
• Programming in IEC 61131 ladder, function block, instruction list and structured text.
• HMI visualization and PLC/HMI connectivity.
• Knowledge of hardware components (PLC, I/O, sensors) and F-PLC.
• Profinet/ProfiSafe diagnostics knowledge.
• PLC Ethernet/PLC-to-PLC communication (PN/PN coupler).
• Experience with encoder-based motor positioning systems.
• Fluent English and technical vocabulary knowledge.
• Willing to travel internationally for overseas trips.
