Job summary

Siemens in Turkey invites a Project Engineer to join our Process & Cyber Security Team in Istanbul. You will develop future-focused process automation and cyber security projects, supporting customers and suppliers and clarifying technical details with partners.

You will install, commission, service and provide technical support for automation applications, working with global colleagues and sometimes outside normal hours. A drive to learn, teamwork, and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of PCS7 and WinCC.
Professional and project experience (approx. 3 years).
Knowledge of network basics.
Experienced with virtualization environments.
University degree in Automation, Electrical and/or Electronics, Control Engineering or related area.
Eager to learn new technologies and automation domain know-how.
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Initiative, learning ability, result-oriented and quality-driven.
Communication skills and ability to work with globally distributed colleagues.
Willingness to travel and must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Support End customers and Suppliers as part of our Project Team.
Prepare automation solutions based on customer requirements and automation standards.
Clarify technical details with project partners.
Responsible for servicing, maintaining, commissioning, installing, start-up, and providing technical support for process automation applications.
Work with initiative and collaborate with team members to deliver high levels of service.
