Job summary

Garanti BBVA Teknoloji is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Private Pension team in İstanbul, focusing on end-to-end analysis, requirements gathering, and testing across multiple subdomains. You will collaborate in cross-functional agile squads, collect requirements, and craft detailed specs while enabling automation and AI-enhanced workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• End-to-end business analysis, experience design, and testing throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong algorithm design and process flow modeling skills.
• Knowledge of system analysis, modeling, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience in software testing and test automation (Selenium, Karate, Appium).
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience in analyzing and testing web service integrations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work within cross functional agile teams to develop and maintain customer-facing and employee-facing applications of Private Pension.
• Work in different business areas such as Private Pension sales, endorsement, plan/group management, contribution and payment, fund management, customer related operations and technology transformation projects.
• Collect, analyze and process requirements.
• Prepare detailed specification reports for software development team, test software applications, do maintenance on existing systems.
• Take role in preparation of automated tests.
• Solve problems and apply solutions for common usage.
• Monitoring and maintaining end-user experience.
• Continuously making progress to increase Software Development Life Cycle standards.
• Chase innovation and improvement about new technologies and methodologies.
