Job summary

Agito Software & Consulting is seeking Business Analysts to work on projects for leading clients in the insurance sector. You will identify and translate business needs into process maps, prepare test scenarios, and perform test activities to ensure quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and has at least 5 years of experience in process development and analysis, preferably in insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process development and analysis, preferably in insurance.
• Extensive knowledge of IPS processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data tools.
• Good knowledge of business analysis tools and SQL is preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation and reporting skills.

Looking for Business Analysts for our projects to leading clients in the insurance industry. Will be responsible for identifying and translating business needs into process maps, preparing test scenarios, and performing test activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Business Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or any related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in process development and analysis, preferably in insurance industry.
• Extensive knowledge of Individual Pension System (IPS) processes.
• Proficiency at MsOffice (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint,etc).
• Preferably high level of knowledge at business analysis tools and SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Enthusiasm to improve processes, implement new solutions.
• Good coordination skills to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Excellent communication, documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a highly motivated team.
