Job summary

Fimple invites a mid-level Business Analyst to join our banking-focused delivery team in Istanbul onsite. You will analyze requirements across Credit, Customer, Account, Accounting, Treasury, and Fee & Commission modules, design solutions, and support testing.

Engage with global teams, document analyses, and help ensure high-quality product releases. A Bachelor’s in Banking/Finance/Business and at least two years of banking analysis experience, with strong English, are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking/financial services industry.
• Experience in Credit, Accounting, Treasury, Customer or Account modules.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the analyst and tester in the field of related product teams.
• Provide insights and guidance to the team and support Product Owner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations.
• Apply manual or automated acceptance tests to each Fimple product release.
• Work closely with the product team members and conduct functional/integration tests continuously to ensure high-quality product release.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate team members and clients.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops to offer support, training, and guidance to clients.
• Work closely with the support team to solve issues.

As a Business Analyst onsite in this field, you will play an important role in preparing analyses and designs and performing functional tests. What Will The Right Person Look Like?

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven work experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, with experience in one or more of the following areas: Credit, Accounting, Treasury or Customer and Account modules.
