Zusammenfassung

Innovance Consultancy is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical requirements for business and IT teams. The role involves designing and implementing integration solutions, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with stakeholders in a hybrid setup based in Istanbul.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of banking domain experience, strong knowledge of SDLC, RESTful APIs, and tools like Jira, Postman, and SoapUI, plus excellent communication skills and English

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s or PhD degree is a plus
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, with hands-on domain knowledge of corporate and/or commercial lending processes, such as credit underwriting, limit and collateral management, loan disbursement and monitoring, covering cash and non‑cash loan products.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and integration projects
• Hands-on experience in Postman or SoapUI
• Hands-on experience in SQL and PL/SQL
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and SDLC tools such as Jira
• Understanding of RESTful API development with JSON
• Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills
• Fluency in English is a plus
• Certified in Design Thinking Practices, UX, and CX concepts (preferably)
• Certified as a Scrum Product Owner and/or a Scrum Master (preferably)
