Job summary

Intertech Information Technology and Marketing Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape CRM applications and enhance customer-related processes. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure high-quality BA deliverables throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in system/ business analysis and related areas.
• Experience in banking or financial sector preferred with CRM domain knowledge.
• SDLC, project management methodologies and Agile/Scrum knowledge.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, scope management and documentation.
• Strong SQL skills with data analysis, database structures, and data flows.
• Experience with API integration, Postman and Swagger.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, planning, prioritization, team collaboration.
• Willing to share knowledge, mentor, and establish standards.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for CRM applications and prepare functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business units and tech teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Review documents and guide other analysts for quality and consistency.
• Develop product understanding and contribute to roadmap and decisions.
• Support planning, dependencies, timelines, costs and risk assessment.
• Follow SDLC and support all project stages from design to deployment.
• Work with developers to evaluate solutions and support integrations.
• Prepare tests, support UAT, perform regression testing and track defects.
• Monitor post-deployment issues and identify root causes.
• Identify improvements and participate in continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with new technologies to improve CRM applications.

In this role, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our CRM applications and customer-related processes. You will play a key role in translating business needs into effective solutions, supporting product development, and ensuring high-quality business analysis deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, project management, and/or software development.
• Experience in banking or the financial sector preferred, with strong domain knowledge in CRM applications.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project management methodologies, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Proficient in requirements gathering & elicitation, requirements analysis, scope management, and functional documentation.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze data, database structures, and system-to-system data flows.
• Experience in API and integration processes, with hands-on proficiency in Postman and Swagger.
• Experience in using Jira and Confluence tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business units and technical teams.
• Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business needs and generate actionable solutions.

What will you do?

• Gather and analyze business requirements for CRM applications and prepare functional specifications.
• Work closely with business units and technical teams to turn business needs into technical solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Review business analysis documents and functional designs to ensure quality and consistency. Guide other analysts and provide feedback on their work.
• Develop a good understanding of assigned products and processes. Contribute to the product roadmap and support business decisions.
• Support project planning and tracking by identifying dependencies, estimating timelines and costs, and assessing risks.
• Follow the SDLC process and support all stages of projects, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Work with development teams to evaluate solutions, analyze system interactions, and support integration activities.
• Prepare test documents, execute functional tests, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct regression testing, and track defects to resolution.
• Monitor applications after deployment, analyze production issues and identify their root causes.
• Identify product issues and areas for improvement, propose solutions and support continuous improvement activities.
• Follow new technologies, tools, and industry trends to identify opportunities to improve CRM applications and business processes.
