Suitex International is seeking a highly experienced professional in printing and dyeing production to challenge current practices, identify improvement opportunities, and implement new approaches. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years, ideally 15, in large-scale textile printing mills.

Location: Bursa, Turkey. Salary ranges from 70,000 to 100,000 (local currency) annually, depending on profile and contract term.

Suitex International is searching for one of the biggest Turkish textile manufacturer, a profile focusing on printing & dyeing production expertise.

The main idea is that the Producer wants to challenge his knowledge and expertise in production and find improvement areas both on printing and dyeing, and any other areas that relate to them such as sourcing or finishing.

So, they need a highly experienced professional from a leading printing mill that can tell them what they are doing right, what they are doing wrong, and help them implement new things. They do both rotation and digital printing, and uni-dye.

Seniority: minimum 10 years, preferably 15.

Annual salary: depends on the profile and past experience and contract term, from 70k to 100k.

Past experience: large scale printing mill.

It might be also interesting to take a look into machine/chemical suppliers who might have technical experts etc that collaborated intensely with these big mills on production improvement.
