Job summary

Bosch Türkiye and Middle East Headquarters in Istanbul is seeking a Power Tools Field Supervisor to lead the Merchandiser team for key accounts and drive visual presence and sales performance across the region.

You will manage both pre- and post-sales activities, ensure adherence to standards, and coach the team to achieve strong results while traveling as needed to support growth and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
• In-depth knowledge of power tools and market understanding.
• Proven negotiation skills with track record of successful outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and mobility as needed.
• Experience managing key accounts and client relationships.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Merchandiser team for Key Accounts.
• Oversee development and performance management of the team.
• Ensure achievement of targets versus actual results within the team.
• Manage pre- and post-sales activities.
• Ensure adherence to application and operational standards.
• Oversee display and stand positioning to enhance visual presence.
• Drive increased visual awareness and shelf space share.
• Ensure alignment with company standards in applications.
• Ensure compliance with in-store activities across the region.
• Monitor routing schedules and optimize routes for productivity.
• Actively train and work with the team to ensure high performance.
• Continuously enhance skills and competencies with the team.
