• Experience in Teaching, mentoring, or supervising students in academic or laboratory settings.
• PhD in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related discipline completed or near completion.
• Demonstrated record of peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.
• Effective communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with research ethics, open science practices, and international collaboration is highly desirable.

Role Description

This full-time hybrid Postdoctoral Researcher role is based in Tehran, with flexibility for some work from home. The Postdoctoral Researcher will conduct independent and collaborative research, design and execute experiments, and analyze data to advance ongoing projects within the university’s engineering and science disciplines. Daily tasks include preparing manuscripts for publication, contributing to grant proposals, presenting results at seminars and conferences, and collaborating with faculty, students, and external partners.
