Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional level English speaking, writing, reading and comprehension.
• Experience in health industry and/or international patient relations is a plus.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Able to work in intense and dynamic environments with motivation and a positive attitude.
• Proactive in crisis and process management stages.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all post-operative follow-up of the patient.
• Sharing documents after operation and providing detailed post-op information.
• Conducting, evaluating and reporting satisfaction surveys with patients.
• Soliciting reviews from patients via digital media after treatment.
• Identifying patients needing second surgeries or different operations through close monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in relevant universities
• Professional level English speaking, writing, reading and reading comprehension. Having a second language at the same level would be a plus.
• Experience in Health Industry and/or International Patient Relations is a plus
• Successful in human relations, strong communication skills, patiently able to answer all patients' questions.
• Skilled in follow-up processes, planning and reporting
• Successful in written and verbal communication
• Able to work in an intense and dynamic working environment, with high motivation and smiling
• Can work carefully and quickly, solution-oriented
• Prone to teamwork
• Able to act proactively in crisis and process management stages
• Having good command of MS Office programs and using CRM program before is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring all post-operative follow-up of the patient,
• Sharing all relevant documents after the operation to the patient, giving detailed information about the process that awaits him after the operation,
• Conducting, evaluating and reporting satisfaction surveys with patients,
• To ensure that the post-operative processes of the patients are satisfied and to request reviews from the patients through digital media,
• To identify patients who need a second surgery or different operations by closely monitoring the patients' postoperative processes,
• Acquiring new reference patients by involving patients in collaborative processes
