Job summary

Hairinistanbul seeks an International Patient Coordinator & Clinic Interpreter to support international patients, especially from the United States. The role requires native-level English, fluent Turkish, and strong communication in a fast-paced clinic environment.

You will provide English-language support throughout treatment, interpret between patients and medical staff, and ensure a welcoming patient experience from arrival to follow-up.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English proficiency is mandatory.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Fluent Turkish language required.
• Experience communicating with international patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to international patients, mainly from the USA.
• Communicate with patients fluently in English throughout their treatment.
• Provide Turkish–English interpretation between patients and medical team.
• Welcome and accompany patients during clinic visits.
• Explain treatment processes clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, specialists and the clinic team.
• Support patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Ensure a high-quality and professional patient experience.
• Handle patient questions and requests in a solution-oriented manner.
