Diageo plc in Bilecik, Turkey is seeking a Human Resources specialist to ensure HR policies are implemented and compliant at the manufacturing site. You’ll manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain essential records, and support blue-collar recruitment coordination with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR).

You will prepare KPI reports, assist with training planning, probation reviews, and engagement initiatives, collaborating with Central HR and other functions in a global organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR processes and systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and HSE functions
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

Responsabilités

• Ensure full implementation and compliance of HR policies at the manufacturing site
• Prepare onboarding/offboarding documentation and ensure health-related records
• Enter data and prepare monthly KPI reports for HR processes
• Coordinate blue-collar recruitment interviews and liaise with İŞKUR
• Plan and execute training programs and maintain training records
• Conduct probation reviews and exit interviews for blue-collar staff
• Support employee engagement initiatives and organize social events
• Collaborate with Central HR for continuous improvement and weekly/monthly updates
