Job summary

Diageo plc in Bilecik, Turkey is seeking a Human Resources specialist to ensure HR policies are implemented and compliant at the manufacturing site. You’ll manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain essential records, and support blue-collar recruitment coordination with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR).

You will prepare KPI reports, assist with training planning, probation reviews, and engagement initiatives, collaborating with Central HR and other functions in a global organization.

• Plan and execute training programs and maintain training records
• Conduct probation reviews and exit interviews for blue-collar staff
• Support employee engagement initiatives and organize social events
• Collaborate with Central HR for continuous improvement and weekly/monthly updates

In our recruitment process, we'll never ask for money.***About this role**You will be responsible for:* Ensure the full implementation and compliance of all legal and company Human Resources policies, procedures, and regulations at the assigned manufacturing site.* Prepare and maintain all required documentation and system records for employee onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with legal requirements.* Ensure the complete collection of onboarding and health-related documentation for new hires and provide the necessary information to the Central Human Resources team.* Enter data and prepare monthly KPI reports related to HR processes and other functions impacting Human Resources.* Provide support to relevant departments regarding HR processes, answer employee inquiries, and address employee needs.* Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessment processes for blue-collar recruitment activities.* Manage processes coordinated with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR), including hiring employees with disabilities, tracking job postings, and scheduling interviews.* Prepare drafts for official correspondence and committee-related documentation.* Plan and execute operational processes related to vocational qualification certifications, operator licenses, and mandatory training programs.* Conduct probation period reviews, onboarding follow-ups, and exit interviews for blue-collar employees.* Create and maintain training records in the HR system using the training module.* Monitor the annual factory training plan in collaboration with the Central Human Resources team and ensure the completion of planned training activities.* Develop projects aimed at driving cultural transformation and increasing employee engagement.* Support the implementation of the annual employee engagement survey, analyze results, share findings with managers, and facilitate improvement actions.* Participate in the organization and coordination of social events held within or outside the factory.* Collaborate with Central HR Business Partners on factory-related HR and administrative matters, driving continuous improvement initiatives and providing weekly and monthly updates.* Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the continuity and development of administrative affairs processes within the factory.* Fulfill the requirements of Diageo Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety, Environmental and Energy Management Systems, ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, and contribute to the effectiveness and continuous improvement of these systems.* Adhere to Diageo’s Code of Business Conduct and internal procedures, work in compliance with relevant policies, and stay informed about updates.## Experience / Competencies* Preferably 4+ years of experience in Human Resources processes.* Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable, and easy-to-understand messages.* Ability to effectively collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) functions.* Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.**Working with Us**Flexibility is key to our success.
