• Prepare onboarding and offboarding documentation per legal requirements.
• Enter data and prepare monthly HR KPI reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate blue-collar recruitment and interview processes.
• Work with İŞKUR for disability hiring, job postings and interviews.
• Plan and maintain training records and mandatory programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and exit interviews as needed.
