Job summary

Diageo Türkiye'de İnsan Kaynakları departmanında üretim tesislerinde görev yapacak bir HR uzmanı arıyoruz. Görevleriniz arasında çalışanların onboarding ve offboarding süreçlerinin yönetimi, dokümantasyon ve KPI raporlarının hazırlanması yer alır.

Blue-collar kadroların istihdamı, İŞKUR ile koordinasyon, eğitim kayıtlarının tutulması ve departmanlara HR desteği sağlanması başlıca sorumluluklardır.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding and HR documentation.
• Ability to prepare monthly KPI reports and support HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full implementation and compliance of HR policies at the manufacturing site.
• Prepare and maintain onboarding/offboarding documentation.
• Collect onboarding and health-related documents for new hires and share with HR team.
• Enter data and prepare monthly KPI reports related to HR processes.
• Support departments with HR inquiries and employee needs.
• Coordinate interviews and assessment processes for blue-collar recruitment.
• Manage agreements with Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) and disability hiring.
• Draft official correspondence and committee documents.
• Plan training and certification processes and track training records.
• Conduct probation reviews and exit interviews for blue-collar staff.

About This Role

• Ensure the full implementation and compliance of all legal and company Human Resources policies, procedures, and regulations at the assigned manufacturing site.
• Prepare and maintain all required documentation and system records for employee onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with legal requirements.
• Ensure the complete collection of onboarding and health-related documentation for new hires and provide the necessary information to the Central Human Resources team.
• Enter data and prepare monthly KPI reports related to HR processes and other functions impacting Human Resources.
• Provide support to relevant departments regarding HR processes, answer employee inquiries, and address employee needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessment processes for blue-collar recruitment activities.
• Manage processes coordinated with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR), including hiring employees with disabilities, tracking job postings, and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare drafts for official correspondence and committee-related documentation.
• Plan and execute operational processes related to vocational qualification certifications, operator licenses, and mandatory training programs.
• Conduct probation period reviews, onboarding follow-ups, and exit interviews for blue-collar employees.
• Create and maintain training records in the HR system using the training module.
