Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a COUNTRY FINANCE CONTROLLING PROFESSIONAL to partner with plant leadership and drive financial performance. You will lead monthly closes, prepare detailed plant analyses, and manage budgeting and rolling forecasts for the manufacturing site.

You will also monitor costs, KPIs, and capital projects, while partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement to optimize profitability. The role requires IFRS expertise, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing finance and cost control.
Strong IFRS knowledge and budgeting/forecasting processes.
Ability to analyze variances and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Act as Finance Business Partner to plant management.
Lead monthly closing and financial reporting per IFRS.
Prepare monthly management reports on plant performance and cost drivers.
Drive annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-term planning.
Analyze variances vs budget/forecast, identify risks and opportunities.
Monitor manufacturing costs: labor, overheads, materials, inventory.
Develop and track KPIs: productivity, efficiency, yield, scrap, working capital.
Evaluate capital projects and post-investment performance.
Support cost-saving projects with robust financial analysis.
Maintain strong internal controls and governance.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial.
