Job summary

Lesaffre Iberica SA in the Marmara region seeks an experienced finance professional to lead monthly closings in SAP and ensure IFRS compliance. The role involves cost monitoring, budgeting and forecasting, and presenting results to senior management.

You will coordinate with Group Reporting and external auditors, drive financial feasibility studies for investments, and provide actionable insights to optimize profitability across the operation.

Responsibilities

• Close monthly and yearly financial statements in SAP.
• Ensure IFRS compliance of financial statements.
• Monitor cost performance monthly and forecast with costing team.
• Prepare monthly profitability reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Group Reporting Team and communicate with external auditors.
• Lead budgeting process with departments and present results to senior management.
• Participate in financial feasibility studies for machinery investments and production transitions.

Job description

• Working closely with accounting team for monthly and yearly financial statements closings in SAP.
• Ensure compliance of financial statements with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Monitor and evaluate the company’s cost performance on a monthly basis and provide financial forecasts and recommendations with costing team.
• Preparing monthly profitability report and provide insights and recommendations to the stake holders.
• Coordination and communication with Group Reporting Team.
• Communication with external auditors and managing audit process.
• Lead the budgeting process in coordination with relevant departments, organize planning activities, analyze budget variances, and present results to senior management.
• Participating in financial feasibility studies related to new machinery investments and production transition projects, providing financial recommendations and business insights.
