Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, periodic, and annual financial reporting and budgeting processes of international operations.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting of financial data from overseas entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and oversee consolidation and reporting processes.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, actual vs. budget performance, and variance analysis for international subsidiaries.
• Analyze key financial performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Monitor cost structures, profitability, inventory levels, and working capital of overseas entities.
• Lead external audit processes and drive continuous improvement in financial controls.
• Represent and manage financial matters at senior management level when required.

Job description

We are looking for an International Financial Control, Reporting & Consolidation Manager who take responsibility for managing the financial control, reporting, and consolidation processes of our international operations. The successful candidate will contribute to our global finance organization with a strong financial background, a high level of follow-up discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly, periodic, and annual financial reporting and budgeting processes of international operations,
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting of financial data received from overseas entities,
• Take responsibility for the preparation of consolidated financial statements and the overall consolidation and reporting processes,
• Monitor the budgeting, forecasting, actual vs. budget performance, and variance analysis processes of international subsidiaries,
• Analyze key financial performance indicators and provide regular reports and insights to senior management,
• Monitor the cost structures, profitability, inventory levels, and working capital performance of overseas entities,
• Take an active role in external audit processes,
• Lead financial process control, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives,
• Represent and manage financial matters at senior management level when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field,
• Minimum 4 years of external audit experience at one of the Big Four audit firms,
• In addition to audit experience, minimum 6 years of experience in finance/accounting functions within the manufacturing sector,
• Strong experience in the preparation and reporting of consolidated financial statements,
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis processes,
• Strong experience in cost accounting, costing, and manufacturing/production finance,
• Experience in HQ-level financial control, consolidation, and reporting within multinational organizations is highly preferred,
• Ability to go beyond reporting financial data by interpreting results and providing actionable recommendations to management,
• Strong follow-up, coordination, execution, and problem-solving skills,
• Proactive, energetic, persistent, and highly results-oriented approach,
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with finance teams across different countries,
• Strong team and stakeholder management skills,
• Minimum B2 level English proficiency, with the ability to actively use English in both written and verbal business communication.
